The West End Micro Music Festival returns in November 2023 for a third season of genre-bending chamber music. Exploring the shared spaces between contemporary art and classical music, WEMMF creates new avenues for the presentation of audacious performances in Toronto’s West End. 

 

ANACHROPHONIA looks beyond common perceptions of classical music. With an eclectic curatorial palette — synthesizing Korean traditional instruments, electronic music, and repertoire from the 12th to 21st centuries — ANACHROPHONIA charts a course across time, leading listeners to a sonic landscape that eludes simple classification.
